As an employee of a company, can I continue to use pretax funds for parking and transit passes?

Yes, up to $260 a month (2018).  But companies that offer such assistance as a perk can no longer deduct the expense.  Bicycle commuters are completely out of luck.  The law eliminates the $20-per-month, tax-free reimbursement of their expenses.
