As we are nearing Q2 – May 31, 2020, historically 2nd quarter estimated tax payments would be due June 15, but given the CARES Act and the IRS changing the Federal Q1 and Q2 estimates due date to July 15, some States have NOT followed the same timing.
As of May 19, 2020, below is a list of states that have DIFFERENT due dates than the IRS – if you are filing in these states, make sure you send in your quarterly estimates by the due dates – also, you may want to double-check with the state websites as they may have changed since this post:
